Forty years ago, a group of determined women from our local community came together with one shared vision to create something better. From those first conversations grew the North Wall Community Development Project (NWCDP), a haven for safety, healing, and empowerment.
What began as a grassroots effort has become a cornerstone of hope for countless individuals and families. For four decades, NWCDP has stood strong, advocating for change, education, and community.
As we celebrate 40 years, we honour the women who started this journey and the staff and volunteers who keep it alive. Together, we look forward, still driven by the same belief that started it all: we can create something better.
So, here to what we have done, what we've built, and what the future shall be.
