Dublin’s North East Inner City (NEIC) Big Scream Halloween Community Festival is a massive project which aims to encourage community engagement, empowerment and participation.
The festival itself takes place in the days leading up to Halloween with a huge variety of events for older and younger residents and even their dogs!
North Wall CDP was invited to march in the launch of the Big Scream Halloween Festival with The Lord Mayor of Dublin, Councillor Ray McAdam, leading the march.
